A “happy list” is a way for you to feel happy every day. 📝✨
They’re really simple to make – just write down a list of small things that make you happy!
Make sure that your list includes things that are:
- Easy to do ✅
- Fit into your daily life 👪
- Make you feel happy, relaxed, or excited 🛀
- Ideally not too expensive (spending too much money could make you unhappy ☹️) 💸

So take a moment to think – what small, easy things can you do, that make you happy?
Here are some examples you could put on there –
- Drink a cup of tea 🫖
- Read a book 📖
- Go for a walk 🏃♀️
- Listen to your favourite song 🎵

- Make a loved one smile 😊
- Say something nice to someone 💬
- Put down fresh bedsheets to sleep on 🛏️

- Jump in a puddle 🥾
- Wear your favourite outfit 💃
- Give someone a hug 🤗

You can add anything to your list that makes you happy. 💌

- Set reminders on your phone to use your “happy list” 📱
- Keep your happy list for a rainy day, when you need cheering up ☔
- Share your happy list with a close friend or family member, so that you can share happy moments together. 👪
